David Hu is one of the founders and managing director of DYH & Company and has over twenty-eight years of diversified experiences of business development, accounting, auditing, financial management, and operations with industries of manufacturing, Software development, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, wholesale-distribution, real estate development and defense contractors. He used to serve reginal and local CPA firms as audit manager and partner, as well as the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) of the US Department of Defense as defense contract auditor. He also served as an independent quality reviewer to other firms. He worked as a financial controller and operations manager for privately held entities and large international public company. Recently, David served as acting CFO and interim CEO of a US defense contractor. He reorganized the company and strengthened internal control of ICFR.
David received a BA degree in accounting and an MBA degree specialized in corporate finance from California State University, Fullerton. Since 2010, David has been intensively working on audit engagements and consulting projects with clients in varieties industries, including Hi-Tech, Internet based media; nature gas distribute, Drug Retail-chain, Garment manufacturing, Precise-plastic injection manufacturer, agriculture, small pharma, and other manufacturing entities. He has provided consulting services related to internal control, organizational diagnosis, budget and cash flow management, internal control, strategic plan and financial reporting.
David was invited to a television program at HTTV in the summary of 2015, a local Chinese public television in Los Angeles to discuss about the advantages, disadvantage, and the related regulations and requirements for Chinese entities come to the US. He also provided his recommendations during the program interview. He was also invited as one of the penal speakers at the fifth annual conference of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (SETP) about high growth of Chinese High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and oversea investment opportunities, the impact of Chinese government’s initiative of “One belt, One Road” and other related topics.
David’s blend of public accounting and private sector accounting and financial management experience established the foundation for his valuable perspective and ability to provide quality assurance and business advisory services with a focus and priority on clear, and open communication, and customer satisfactory.
David is knowledgeable with US GAAP and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and familiar with IFRS as well. He knows how to design and implement internal controls effectively and efficiently. He is very familiar with the SEC’s financial reporting requirements for the US registrants. He has served clients ranging from development or early-stage entities to established SEC registrants.

Lindy Zhou, CPA
Lindy also leads assurances services. She has over fifteen years of accounting and auditing experiences across both public and private accounting industry. Her experiences includes over ten years audit experience from reginal CPA firms, serve as CFO of a start-up medical technology company, as well as internal auditor of world class bank. She earned bachelor and master’s degree in accounting from Central Missouri State University and the Ohio State University, respectively. Lindy is very knowable with US GAAP and IFRS as well as Sarbanes Oxley compliance and implementation. She has developed and gained solid professional experience from both public and private entities in the variety industries, including retail chains of consumer products, manufacturing, wholesales and distributions, real estate development and constructions, medical device, and high technologies. She has participated and played in a key role with merger and acquisition and IPO projects.
Her bilingual talent of English and Chinese languages enables her providing excellent services to both Chinese and US clients. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
